Webreality appointed to market landmark real estate development
Webreality, a digital agency in Sussex and Jersey, has been appointed to produce a brand, website and digital marketing strategy for the mixed real estate development at the Royal Haslar site in Gosport, Hampshire.
Royal Haslar is a landmark site and part of British naval heritage. The location of a military hospital between 1753 and 2009, it was subsequently sold for development.
The developer is Dublin-based Harcourt Developments, who have a significant track record across Britain, the Caribbean and the US. Harcourt approached Webreality after seeing the agency’s previous work for clients in the real estate sector.
The 62 acre site, which overlooks the Solent, will be developed into a mix of housing, retirement and care homes, a healthcare facility, a hotel and spa, and a range of retail and restaurant premises. There will also be 50,000 sq ft of business space.
Webreality’s Managing Director, Hailsham-based Dave Barton, commented that the Royal Haslar project pulls together all of Webreality’s areas of expertise. “We’re at our best when helping clients across the piece through planning and design, technical development, marketing and ongoing reporting. This breadth of expertise, along with our real estate sector experience, was what attracted Harcourt, and we’re delighted to have them as a client.”
In addition to producing the branding for the development, Webreality will be developing a series of generations of an evolving website presence, and running digital marketing campaigns to support Harcourt’s sales efforts as they release units to the market.
